Students will learn the basic concepts of Unity Playground and create a 2D game without coding. Playground’s visual scripts and simplification of the Unity interface make it a perfect way for beginners to start with Unity development. No computer programming required!

By the end of the project, students will be able to:
- Navigate the Unity interface
- Use Playground scripts to make games and experiences
- Understand key concepts related to Unity development, such as Hierarchy, Project, Rigidbody 2D, Trigger, and Physics
About the Facilitator:
With a passion for self-directed learning, Svetoslav “Svet” Georgiev has been using his experience and knowledge from his Master’s degree in 2D Animation to teach kids of all ages in his Kid’s school for visual arts.
He has been involved in a vast assortment of projects, including 2D animation for commercials and education, music videos, visual fx, motion graphics, and video games.
He can’t wait to immerse himself into the world of Galileo and meet children from all over the world to spread the magic of animation and game design!
Svet enjoys spending time with his daughter in his free time, playing music, animating, reading books, and traveling.
