Chantal Milloy is the co-founder of Levvel, a company that helps different organizations deal with change. That might seem like a strange thing to help with, but just take a moment and imagine all the issues and challenges companies experience when there is a change. This change could be a new software system or a difference in how they do business. Whatever the change is - Chantal’s company helps with a smooth transition. A born and raised Canadian, she is fluent in French and English and is passionate about what she does. Why? “Because I’ve seen first-hand what happens when you don’t.”
She knows managing change is critical to an organization’s success. But Chantal isn’t here to tell you about her company. She wants to share with us all her work helping others. That’s right - Chantal wants to talk to you about the importance of giving back as an entrepreneur. She volunteers her time extensively in her community and is a board member of the Calgary Distress Centre and Muraho Technology in Rwanda. Muraho is an innovative college program training women in Rwanda in software and web application testing. Come hear about all the fantastic work Chantal does and how “corporate philanthropy” should be part of your future business culture.
