New Exciting Activities at Galileo for May 2020

We hope that everyone has been safe and healthy at home wherever you may be in the world. Here, at Galileo, we have been working hard to bring you the best learning experience for your children.

Remember all these are optional the students should apply to join. For the nano degree only at the beginning of the month, for clubs whenever they want.


Nanodegree: Entreprenership for Kids


Students will explore student will come up with their own business idea and sell it for money. This is an 8-week nanodegree during May and June. We are very excited to welcome Stacey and bring her expertise as an unschooling mother of 3 teenage boys and an entrepreneur for the past 15 years. Stacey has been teaching children to make money in this very successful program for over 5 years!


The 3D Modeling Club


Meet weekly with peers who are interested in 3D modeling to share projects, tips and tricks, and work together on projects real-time. Choose a project or theme to work on throughout the week to share in our club next week!


Our New Spanish Club


Beginning in April, students will have the opportunity to join our Spanish Conversation Club. This club will be facilitated by Yhosemar, a native Spanish speaker originally from Venezuela. The students will be guided in simple conversational skills to help them build their confidence and enjoyment by learning a new language. Students of all ages and levels of Spanish abilities are welcome to attend.


The New Science Club

In MAy, students will have the opportunity to join our new Science Club. This club will be facilitated by David, a Scientist with experience in Molecular Biology, Protein purification, Microbiology and IVF in the Areas of Research. The students will be guided to run simple crazy science experiments at home. Students of all ages and levels in science are welcome to attend.
